General questions
A few of our cakes are available on short notice. these are restricted to the regular and medium sizes only. any order made before 12noon can be produced and delivered on the same day. for such orders expected delivery times is restricted to between 1pm and 5pm only. WE CANNOT DELIVER SUCH ORDERS AT SPECIFIC TIMES. other custom orders will require 24hours notice. bridal cakes require 3weeks notice.
These depends on your location. At the check out page you will see a pop up will appear with various locations in lagos. please fill accurately and the rate will come up. for locations not specified in the pop up, please contact customer care on 08025608067. for locations outside lagos please call in for enquiries.
We take great care in making your cakes. However we sometimes fall short of our standards. If there are any problems with your order please inform us within two hours of receiving your cake(s).We will rectify it where possible or give a refund. A full or partial refund is determined by the nature of the problem, as discussed with the client at the time. The refund will be returned to your card (if your original payment was by card) or cash/bank deposit. Cancellations are possible five days before your event and six weeks for wedding cakes and special orders.
Yes. our consultants will be happy to help you choose a cake that best suits your occasion. At licious there is a cake for any and every occassion.
Yes. Our bespoke service team provide personal consultations. We endeavour to create one-off cake designs that meet or exceed your expectations.
No. Because computer monitors and screen resolutions can vary in size and quality, it is very difficult to show an 'actual size' image on the internet. We do however provide meticulous measurements and endeavour to display each cake from more than one perspective.
We accept payment online by Visa and MasterCard. In addition, you can also pay for all or part of your order by bank transfer or by cheque. Payments by cheque are required two weeks in advance. Cheques must be cleared before we commence production.
Once registered you will be able to:

If you forget your password, simply click on the 'Forgotten Password' button on the log-in screen within 'My Account', and you will receive an email re-setting your password to a new one. Please note that once you have done this, we would advise you to relog-in again and change this to a new password, one which will be more memorable to you. Sorry, all our products may contain nut traces. but you may request for cakes for people with special diets. A different pricing is applicable.
All our cakes except cheesecakes and those containing mousse are suitable for vegetarians. We do not have cakes suitable for vegans.
Our store carry information on all allergens including alcohol please ask a member of staff.
should you require cakes with specific ingredient specifications, please call in to request for such custom orders, a different pricing will be apliccable.

special instructions will be attached to our packaging. on the product page online aswell, instructions are already included on how different cakes should be stored and handled.
In the unlikely event that you want to choose something other than the large variety of celebration cakes and special occasion cakes in this portfolio or on our website, can we suggest you telephone us on 08025608067 and discuss with a sales supervisor who would be happy to help. you may also fill in our customized gateau page to detail your specifications and order on line.
Most of our cakes can have a message or picture on them, we can make plaques with a personalized message and cakes with flat tops can have a message written directly on the cake. Pictures can also be placed on a cake at an added charge – please speak to store for further details.

Samples for wedding cakes can be arranged for a fee. N3000 (refundable on placement of order). This should be arranged directly with a sales supervisor either by telephone or in person.
